When placing an order, please allow 3-7 business days for UPS Ground shipping. Orders are shipped Monday-Thursday before 12:00 pm. Please check the front page if there are any messages regarding current delays in processing and shipping of your order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are pleased to announce that online orders may now be exchanged at the store as well.
Simply bring in you unworn items with tags intact with the original invoice that was sent in with your items.
Store returns are subject to our store return policy and will only be eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receiving your items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All sales of Gift cards, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
They must be shipped by following the directions below.
To be eligible for an exchange, or credit as described below, the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact and must be accompanied by the original invoices and/or completed return form. Please note that refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. If out of state we can also do exchanges by mail as well.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date.
